Are meals included?

Yes, many of our tours include a delicious meal by the beach or at a local restaurant. Please check your tour description for details.

Is snorkeling gear provided?

Yes, snorkeling equipment is included on all tours that involve snorkeling.

Exchange Rate?

At Tropical Grand Adventour, you can pay for our services in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars. The exchange rate is set at $20 MXN per $1 USD.

(The exchange rate is not subject to Google, mobile banking apps, or financial institutions).

What is the minimum age to drive during the tours?

• For ATV tours, the minimum age to drive is 16 years old.

• For land excursions requiring a vehicle (Jeep or Buggy), the minimum age to drive is 18 years old. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Restrictions?

The tours, excursions, and services offered on this page are not recommended for children under 2 years old, pregnant women, people with back problems, wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties, overweight individuals, people with heart conditions, or those with pre-existing medical issues.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially for cruise ship passengers with limited time.

• If you are staying in Cozumel, our reservations and customer service team will contact you a few days prior to your tour date to confirm your hotel or the nearest meeting point for your pick-up.

End Point: Most of our tours and excursions finish at the same meeting point for your convenience.
